KX5 is Alive
« on: November 13, 2006, 05:15:52 AM »
Last race at our Local track was over the weekend........turned out to be a nice day. I was on a friends KX 5 and my brother rode our KX 5. I got down in the 5.20's, first time riding that bike at the track, had knobby tire no paddle so spun alot. My brother got our KX5 in the numbers.....4.70...4.68....4.60 which is the fastest dirt bike pass at that track. Here is a little highlight video i put together, the first pass is from the weekend, which my brother is running a 3 sec. banshee with snomobile motor. Second pass is my brother from the weekend fighting the KX5 and the last vid is him on his 4.60 pass. The rest are from the season. Enjoy!!!

we run 300 ft. at one track and 400 ft. at another.like the 400 the best but they don't pay good. its heads up 500 vs. 500 etc.not sure of what's all done to motor but some was put on this site i think.

my son does a good job video'ing every race in order to be able to replay the runs to see whats going on in slow motion.a little different riding-racing than most on here but its just as much fun and takes a lot of ingenuity to be in the top part of a  class.now thats what i like.
