NEW PLASTIC
« on: June 24, 2007, 11:22:32 PM »
I'm going to do the 92-93 KX250 rear fender change on my 87 KX500(hope it fits). What front fender do I use to match it? Where can I get new plastic side panels for my bike?

There's a real good How-to on the rear fender. I had to force mine between the sub frame, cut away for silencer clearance, and drill new holes to mount it. With the fender in place, you can drill thru sub-frame using it as a guide to get the holes perfect. Any front fender will work, even if you have to egg-shape a hole or two.

Denniskirk.com still should have the side panels.
