gowen, thats one i got off ebay thats suppose to be "in geat condition just needs new sleeve from bored to max.nothing broken or gorged."yeah right!check exhaust port shape on both.i'm not sure if sleeve is wrong on this one or something they were trying to acheive.my 89 and the 99 here look the same with cut out for main exhaust flap.those holes are tapped.now any ideas as to why?

How big is the hole? I ask because I saw a CR500 drag quad that had nitrous nozzles in the transfer ports.

holes are about 3/8(.375).i questioned guy as to whether no2 was used and he said no.but he lied about other conditions as well as saying he did not about the holes.that he was selling it for a friend.he must of covered his eyes.i think if i were to use no2 i would do a dry shot in front of carb.using one transfer port instead of both sides don't seem right.but i've never tried no2.(yet)probably explains why sleeve is broken around the top.

mun,i guess  that could explain it.the guy may used in a shifter kart on alcohol.how about the different exhaust port shape in both liners.one does'nt look like main exhaust valve would serve any purpose.maybe liner is for earlier year.

Did you pay with a credit card (through paypal)? (Please tell me you did!!) If so, you can cancel your payment without Paypal. Just call your credit issuer.

I make it a habit to purchase ANY ebay or other related USED parts with a credit card. Pay it off at the end of the month like a debit card or bank draft, but have the authority to cancel the payment without issue. Sounds bad, but I've been screwed on ebay multiple times and won't be screwed again.

Is there anyway to put a link this this thread into the feedback?
That might piss on his chips a bit.
You don't have to take that crap off him.

The one with a a very high exhaustport is serious tuned and with welded KIPS-flap.
Duration approx 195-200 degrees 8000+rpm.It seems this is a "Dragracer"(maybe alco) without any need of low powerband.
It has a very nice radii in every corner of ports too(nice to piston).
If you copy, don?t go so far-out
The other one is more suited for average rider. :-D
(you know you have to replated after tuning, if you don?t have sleeve) :-(

Mun, do you see the very low inlet boostport? :-o
It?s seems that transfer port a angeled upward too :|

Plz ,take some more pics in more various angels of this two barrels ,just very interesting for a tuner as us!
