Cleaning you Toys
« on: May 04, 2006, 05:12:55 AM »
I found something new for plastic and it works really good on everything except seat covers! When I got my cruiser I found this stuff called Prowler Wax, which is a no water cleaner, polish, and wax all in one. It works great, I started using it on my car, truck quads and my KX5 plastic. I have been told that Yamaha or Honda has something similar that works just as good. It is a bit pricey, but I did my car and my truck and I am still waxing my cruiser a couple times a week with the original can.

My dad and I run a detail shop here in town and I just buff my plastics then put a heavy coat of Viper wax made by ardex. I buff em with a yellow wool pad and some 3m heavy cut compound on super slow speed
