HI, and thanks for allowing me onto the forum.
I recently bought a 1988 KX500 to restore. The forks I got with the bike are USD, and no good, as the alloy has blown. I would like to keep them USD if I can.
So, my question is, what are the fork/clamp options I can look at putting on.
The clamps I have measure 50mm and 55mm top and bottom. I'm more happy to replace the whole front end if needs be, but need to know the known workable options.
Any advice in layman's terms would be very much appreciated.
