1988 500 engine problem won’t start after overheating.

Hey guy, just looking for some thoughts before I strip the bike down to investigate fully. Was riding last week about 10 min into a Moto o felt the bike start to loss power. I pulled in noticed the radiator hose burst and smoke everywhere. Also some whit smoke coming from exhaust. I put a new pipe on and ropes the coolant up noticed it was coming out the head gasket. I put a new head gasket on and topped it back up, but she’s not even remotely interested in starting and doesn’t feel like it has full compression when kicking it. What your thoughts on what I should be looking out for. Base garnet gone, warped head ? With the white smoke from exhaust when it happened it’s obviously put coolant into the cylinder.

Just looking for ideas before I tear it down in the next couple weeks.
When I had the head off the barrel looked fine with no scoring on it.
