Water in oil?

Hi,
I changed oils in my sons KX85 after less than 2 hours driving and it is almost white. You can see the oils in following video (about at 0:30). Can some one confirm that this is because there are water in oil?

Should I change the water pump seal?
Thanks.

Thanks. I removed old seal and bearing. It seems that the old seal has leaked. Inside seal there was lot of milky oil.
Also water pump shaft has little worn out, but I will try first with new seal and bearing.

Replace shaft , if you can feel any wear or the seal will fail earlier.
