Need some help with my 1999 kx 100 - c2

Hi guys, looking some info on the kx 100 bike. iv recently purchased a 1999 kx100-c2 and it inst runing. There's been a new piston put in the engine and iv hooned the cylinder which all looks good. my only problem now is the white cog on the water pump shaft is striped and i'm missing the power valve governor altogether  i'm finding it hard to get parts here in Ireland but iv sourced some in the UK. iv been told by the seller that the 2002 model parts should work but i cant find any info on this online, wondering can any of you guys confirm this or should i hold out and try get the 1999 model parts? according to partzilla the part number for the water pump is the same 13234-1103
and it looks like its compatible with various years of 80s 85s and 100s

power valve governor parts look available too.  you can go there and look your bike up and click the part number it will tell you what other bikes the same part fits
