I ordered a front disc protector from Acerbis that fits the '04' K5.
It did not fit. Anybody know who makes one to fit my '04' K5?
Please help. Thanks.

Hello,

Try devol racing.  The 500 part is not listed on their web site, but you should be able to find them.  You might be able to use the KX250 part.
A little heavier than plastic, but better protection.  I run devol front and rear disc guards.

I used to run a plastic one up front but I took it off years ago and havent had a damaged disk yet or over heating from mud.

I dont think mine fit untill I made a spacer for it,its been awhile since I used it.
