Need power? Get one...

Power Dynamo power... 100 watts of juice so Alex can have his seat warmer

One KX Guru Racing designed two piece clutch cover coming up!

Custom foot peg brackets to mount newer style pegs on..

Two piece clutch cover is just about done..
Just needs to test fit and grind a little from the ID.

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

Awesome sandblaster just let me get the calculator for the metric conversion  :-)

Is there a need to increase the oil capacity for any greater reliability by slightly lifting the cover off the clutch pack with a spacer?

.25 / .03937 = 6.3500127000254mm  :-o

I've never added any extra thickness... but then I always dump in the entire bottle of oil in so I've always been about 50ml over the recommended volume of oil. And the wider you make the clutch cover stick out the more you will need to mod your rear brake lever.

I hear that you don't mess with Wookies or they might pull your arms out of there sockets...
Let's not test that theory..

2200 miles shouldn’t be that tough. I put a barrel of c12 through my kx every winter with minimal maintenance. Usually a piston every season as I find they are much easier to change when they are in one piece.

Alex's bike was started and ran a bit today so all he has to do is tie up some wiring and fiddle with jetting and he is ready to roll.
Jason's bike needs a bit more work...

As you can see, Alex has made some good progress on it..
