The 1994 and 1997 axles are the same part number, but the 1997 hub switched to three bearings.  The swingarm part numbers are the same between the 94 and 97, so you should be able to use the 97 wheel and spacers with the 94 axle and swingarm.

thanks. i managed to use the warp9 wheel with three 1994 bearings and i had to trim roughly 1/4" off spacer sprocket side. it looks good. i used 1994 inner bearing crush spacer also. i was able to use the 94 hub to reference setting up the warp9 correctly for my 94. thanks for help.
You're welcome; I'm glad you got it to work.  Nice job on figuring out how to make it work.

Warp 9 uses kx 450 hub and bearings for the KX500/250/125 rear wheel.  They have custom spacers to use the 20mm axle but still use the 25mmID bearings used on the 450.  They also use a custom rotor that is the 4 bolt 450 pattern instead of the 6 bolt.

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.
