I've had other cases soda blasted and sand blasted and they will look amazing until a couple rides in and they start to brown. I would keep it bare metal if I could find a way for them not to brown

Okay guys. Been awhile since I’ve been on here. Ended up finding a sweet 98 motor and went right in. So now my next hurdle is to run the wiring harness. Do any of you know of a thread that shows detailed pics of the exact run of the harness? Or if you have a 94-98 could you take some pics for me please. I’m ready to ride this beast. She looks mean all assembled sitting there now

I had same problem mounting a 89 motor on a 97 frame the swingarm was 5/8 inch to small and the casing was about 2 mm too small luckily I was working in a machine shop and I was able to accommodate the d**n thing , shaved down the swingarm and bored the casing , the only thing that posed a big problem was for the exhaust to fit in I had to bend it and dent it for the cooler line and front of the frame
