Hey guys,
Am running a 2000 kx 500 with a vforce 3 and fmf pipe.
50/50 avgas/91 octane mixed 40:1
Tried the recommended
168 main
Stock N82M needle on clip 3
1.5 out on air screw
55 pilot
Was blurry and super rich on bottom and midrange.
The played with it and settled on
2.0 out air screw
Needle at position 5, top, full lean
It’s cleared up a bit not, still could be leaner I think.
So my question is why am I so mi h leaner in the midrange?
Is it the vforce 3 reed block causing this?
Should I try the n82r needle? Would it clean it up even more?
