Never done mine and it's clogged really bad! Is it easy? Let me know your experience. Thanks.

I have a FMF Turbine core also, I haven't repacked it yet! I was wondering if you changed jetting when you installed it? I went from 4000 ft to 100 ft. and changed jets and went to the FMF and it ran great in the dunes! Then I came back to 4000 ft I went back to the same jets an needle settings as with the stock muffler and It is just not quite right! I think I will drop the needle down one more notch.

Jetting? Seriously, I've never touch the jetting on my bike.
The spooge coming from the pipe/silencer junction just started recently. I assume it's clogged up big time. I love big bores!

Did you change oils or mixture? You could have the rubber gasket drying out also! I only have about 10 hours on my FMF muffler!

I took my FMF Sparky apart today and it was really bad inside. The core had actually broken apart indside also. Along with that, my rubber junction with the pipe was torn almost in two pieces. Looks like it's time to spend some money again.
