Looking for people that can do modifications to my frame needed for the 500 conversion. I have a 2006 KX450F. I've already checked with MPS Racing, but from what I've read on here, they seem to have a bad reputation. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Lionheart31.  There are a lot of guys on the site that do not have positive opinions of MPS.  I have seen some of their welds, and I was not impressed with the quality or weld penetration.  You might try contacting JFABMotorsports, they have done some conversions in the past.  I'm not sure if he still is, but it's worth a conversation.

You're welcome.  I am also working on an aluminum frame conversion, but using a 250 motor.  I'm copying a build Sandblaster did using a 2001 CR 250 frame cradle in a 2007 KXF frame.  It cuts out a lot of the fabrication, but unfortunately I don't think it will work the 500.  Maybe Sandblaster can comment on that.

Were you able to get in contact with jfab to see if he's still doing it?
