Hey all. I just got my cylinder back from lukesracing.com. Looks good and he only charged me $150 for a replate. I have my ideas but everyone tell me how you break in your own bike on a top end rebuild.

I always have gone a little heaver on the oil mix for the first tank! Don't hold it wide open for a couple of hours and mainly try to keep it from getting to hot for the first 5 gal's of fuel!

Nikasil is awesome, you heat cycle it a couple times and then just drop the hammer
Breakin is super simple on this bike.

Yeah. I did 4 heat cycles. Run it easy till it's good and warm and the let it cool down all the way. I Repeated 4X and went riding. I used a richer (to me) 50:1 for a tank then went to my normal 60:1. Cam.
