It's time to start working on the rear brake caliper..
Here is what I am starting with..
The goal is to get rid of all the casting flaws, markings, logos, ect.









It should be fun...  :wink:

I have 2 of these 2016 KTM's with CR500's. One for the bush has been ready for over a month and I've been running it, getting a little shake down on the tune etc for an identical engine arrangement other than case brand. I have a quick video of a ride on the wet trails friday night while datalogging some temps for an upcoming component comparison.

It sounds like it's very crisp.  I love how you can just barely idle a 500, and still be going at a good pace.  It pisses off the smaller bike guys.   :-D

What do you guys have bet on this shootout?  Bragging rights, cash, first born children?

Nothing that I know of... Although I owe him a steak dinner for some favors...

I just don't have the right tools for proper polishing.
Yeah, I can do it but a polishing shop could knock it out in minutes I'm sure..
