Getting serious with TSR
KX450f Clutch cover with the filler neck for an adapted KX500.
Troy is making them without the filler neck.

I'm just starting to play around with Cerakote.
Pretty nice stuff but follow the directions to the letter  :lol:

I really like the magnesium color that I've seen the brake calipers done in.  Have you tried any of that?

Ok... Finally, it's ready for some touch up welds, then off to sandblast, and finally Powder coat..
Unimpressive to say the least but it's a big step forward..

Thanks... Yeah, that was the goal.. to come as close as we could to a factory looking frame.
Which is why I used 450 frame rails on the 250 chassis and stock engine mounts.
It was a pain to dial it all in but why not?
It's going up against Adam Millar (Roostius) and you know he is relishing the idea of destroying me  :lol:
So I'll do what I can and call it good...
