The CR front brake line goes directly to the caliper. The KX goes around the bottom of the fork tube and then to the caliper. (From looking at a CR80/K5) As for the rest I defer to the guys with the knowledge.

My 87 factory brake line went directly to the caliper. But my new brake line is about 6 inches longer and I had to loop it and back up to the caliper. Will the average rider tell the differance
