HELP interpretation of a kawasaki schematic
« on: September 01, 2016, 04:15:20 PM »
I can post pictures to show you but my schematic is directly from kawasaki's parts diagrams.  This specifically about the tecate 4 transmission.  So I'm looking at the the diagram,  transmission  gears are p/n 13129/A,B,C and so on, input shaft is p/n 13128, output shaft 14 tooth is 13127/A...??  "A" what is up with A??  I get the transmission gears how they are sequenced with letters even though the part number is the same.  But the mystery is that no other part on that tecate 4 has that p/n 13127.  I believe it is because there is another option, not sure what it is but.... Reason I suspect this is because the actually front chain sprocket has a letter designated to it and I do know for a fact it was because they listed a 14 tooth as an alternate. ...please explain if you know
