So far... So good...

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

I'm pretty pumped about this build. If you need a test rider low on skill and high on enthusiasm I'm your man.

I am honored to be included in that group! Whatever I did to help I am glad I could contribute! It will be fun to watch the build as it goes. And 'Go!' I am sure it will...

We will be needing a lot of video of these two motors in action.  I want to hear one of the gurus' max motors being ridden by a pro.  Should be fun to hear and watch.

I guess you will be building two motors and one bike as well?
Perhaps I have a dirt bike addiction?

Right now... One bike and one engine...
However, there is already rumblings of a second motor...
He needs to have duplicate engines for the practice bike as well as the race bike

I will be testing with Sean this weekend.  He will be riding His KX500 by Frenchie, My KX500 by Motorrad and Mohave's KX500 by Sandblaster.......going to get a feel for the type of power he is looking for.  We are even going to have him ride my CR500AF just so he can comment on the different engine characteristics.  Should be fun  :-D

I am strapping my Go Pro on Sean's helmet for on board data on all the bikes and I will be doing video of his verbal analysis after each ride.  So there will be lots of footage shot for data purposes.  I will try to put together a video of the entire day for viewing enjoyment.  In the mean time I leave you all with this photo of this awesome machine and Sean's KX500.......... :-D

Inspection time!!!
Jason Tanner (JT Engine Works) Engine and Chassis build Specialist.

This is probably the nicest used trans from a KX500 that I have seen in the recent past but leave it to Jason to find some gears that just aren't up to his standards.
