Fork seals
« on: August 13, 2016, 11:42:57 AM »
Took a look through the threads, and i didn't see much about the above. One of my fork seals on my 93 KX500 is completely shot. Google wasn't super helpful, and I found the service manual quite vague. In the service manual I also found that special tools are required for these forks, has anyone gotten by without? Or made your own to get by? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

When i was younger i would do fork seals without the special tools , but now i like having every tool possible as it makes the job so much easier , all you need is a seal driver for want you want to do but beware you get hooked  :-D
