throttle and clutch cables
« on: December 22, 2015, 01:12:20 PM »
Just curious what people are running cable wise on their bikes. Does everyone run the stock kx500 cables? If so how is the slack with those cables. Just curios because I am tall and run a tall setup and need to know if I need to get some cables custom made to make up for the height of my setup.

I have Teflon coated stainless steel Terry cables on my bike, they are very high quality compared to OEM

Are they the same length as the oem kx500 cables?

I was planning on getting a Motion Pro cable made. I dont know how much they charge for a 'custom' cable but I have one of their T3 Slidelight cables on my KTM and its REALLY nice.

I may have worded my question wrong. I'm wondering if people have used the stock kx500 cables on there afs and how did they work length wise, how much slack was there?
