38mm carb on kx500

Got a 04 kx500 wanting to put kehin 38 mm carb on it were or what size jets should I use

a 38mm PWK airstriker from a 2000 cr250 has been the ticket for these CR5 and KX's when we're running them for woods or with pulse induction.

That's the carb I've got. Don't think the 250 jets will feed it any help

No idea. Never tried one.  But I'd try stock k5 settings first.. They should be close.
168M 55P. 1.5 turn on air bleed.  M NEEDLE on #3

The only thing that may get you into tuning nightmare is the slide cutaway

250s will normally be richer jet on the main  :wink:
The airstriker series always needs a little more pilot than the standard pwk's too.
I'd start pilot at 55, main 175, the carb would come with a 48 pilot and a 180 main
