So after ringing a few places here in UK these shops will not let you supply
Your own con rod kit , and they only supply mikata or prox , the price with mikata is about £90.00 and with prox is about £140.00 , but for £210 i can get a full wiseco or hotrods crank with bearings and gaskets , so what should i go for peeps , wiseco or hotrods?

Roll the dice

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

I would say Wiseco.  I've had good luck with their forged pistons, and most people I've talked to seem to have a better opinion of them compared to Hot Rods.  I would definitely go for Wiseco or Hot Rods over the pro x or mikata though.
Perhaps I have a dirt bike addiction?

my Kawie dealer won't even get Hot Rods for customers anymore, because they're such garbage.
