I guess the employees are scared they would buy the factory and move it. Check out the picture of the mannequin hanging from a noose in front of the Gas Gas factory with a go away KTM sign.
I'm not sure what KTM's end game is here, but I would think adding another line to its already crowded portfolio is a bad business move. Maybe they hope to eliminate the competition by absorbing them.
