home made removable wheel chocks for trailer
« on: July 16, 2015, 07:49:23 AM »

Though i would share this idea for those looking for simular budget solutions. I made these removable slip in motorcycle wheel chocks from home Depot $7 metal fence post holders. I V notched, bent, welded, then drilled and slotted base. I used 3/8 coarse thread 1" long brass inserts ground down to fit flush in the 3/4 plywood floor and secured with a large fender washer on the back side with lock nut. They can be removed by just sliding them back and lifting them up.
