Hi all!
As my restoration project has started with stuff that makes the engine go faster(not needed really) I have started to think about the stopping power, the bike will 99% of the time be used for motocross and the std brakes are at best mediocre compared to a modern day ktm for instance...
On my kx450 I bought a oversize front brake disk kit with the necessary brackets and everything, is there such kits available for the kx500? My forks are from a 1990 model.
I have been contemplating going all out and go brembo/ktm parts and make the brackets myself.
Does anyone have any good inputs?
After all better brakes and suspension are the best ways to go faster...
