'94-'98 are all "K" models,  the radiator shrouds and side plates will have to be kept within those years...but you can use any front fender, front number plate you could use several different years but may need to trim to fit....you could use practically any year rear fender, but again, be prepared to cut and trim to fit.

I have seen a few 94-98 KXs with 03-07 KX125/250 rad shrouds. Not sure how it was done though.

unless you're up to a lot of work, for an outcome that probably wont look right...you'll be better off sticking with "K" model shrouds....

here's the match-up...as you'll see, there's considerable differences, especially towards the fuel cap...and the curve between the seat and tank is far more abrupt/steeper on the '98.

I put a 2014 KXF fender and front number plate on my 2004 KX 250.  It fit with just a bit of modification to the number plate mounting pegs.  The 2004 plate had pegs that went into the forks, and the 2014 had the pegs on the triple clamps.  I just cut off the mounting pegs from my old 2004 plate and glued them to the 2014 number plate and we were good.

It also has 2008 KXF 250 shrouds, but I don't think they would work for your bike.

yes, any front fender will fit...try to keep the same year number plate too, as that will eliminate a lot of trimming to fit to the fender.
I run the '03 250 front on my '95 500, and I use the '00 front number plate...very little trimming required....
