it's hard to get a good look at it in the video, but it looks similar to this one...although the one in the video "appears" to be much bigger...

that's the "catch-can"...where all your extra fluids get routed to...so they don't dump out on the pavement in front of your rear tire and cause you to crash and die, or get hurt
plus it's mandatory in SM racing.
