01-02 Stock Pipe
« on: April 26, 2005, 01:46:34 AM »
Hey guys, I need some help.  My '01 KX250 stock pipe is dented (severely) and I am looking into replacements.  I have noticed that the FMF Fatty part number fits '01-'02 but the stock numbers are different for '01 and '02.  This does not make sense to me.  Can someone tell me if an '02 factory pipe will fit up to an '01 without modifications.  I have a chance to buy one at a cheap price but I need to know if it will work.  Thanks.

Usally the fatty and the gnarly. Go with the fatty, it gives you overall power vs. the gnarly is mainly for low-end and made thicker (heavier).
