Help needed. Rear shock valve diagram!
« on: January 11, 2015, 09:38:51 AM »
I was rebuilding my rear shock and had my valve out placed as I took it out. Low and behold I went to hammer something on the work bench and the sequence of the washers for the valve all scattered. Anywhere I can see the sequence? I checked the microfiche but it does not break that part down :/

What year?
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

I know there may or may not be a 91 shock in your inventory
Calling pro action or one of those places might have something to help

Yes, there are two 91-93 shocks in my inventory.
Are you volunteering to pull them apart and reassemble them to get shim stack info?
If so I'll order up a couple of seal heads and have you swap them out while your in there  :-D
In fact, I have many other shocks I could send you so you can get the shim stack info.

Good call on calling Pro Action.
They may not mind giving out the stock shock shim stack info.

I will rebuild and get all the info you need.  I have all the right tools, and a hookup for sue soon parts too.  Also a heck of a good camera.

Pro Action would not share the info, but they offered to assemble and rebuild it
