I'm not really worried about the kips mod at the moment I'm just trying to figure out if my kips is setup correctly
IF the valves are correct in the OPENED position[which they look to be} they should be fine
The gap in the CLOSED position is what u need to fix with a longer kipps bolt [mod]
The overclosing valve was kawasaki idea of a decompressor, {bleeding some compression from the higher sub exhaust port}
i presume u have lined up the timing marks on valve and rod, {think it needs to be done with kipps bolt out}
