To get started...
Be sure to get a good Service Manual... It will save you a ton of time and work.

Go to Partzilla.com sign up for a account.
Then go to your bike:

http://www.partzilla.com/parts/search/Kawasaki/Motorcycle/1994/KX250-K1+KX250/parts.html
Parts diagrams galore and... You can get parts interchange:

On the right side of the picture will be a list of all the parts... (No ball bearing)... Click on the part number that you want the interchange info on... It will show you what all fits..

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

I have some Engine ID's, Vin's, and other standard and non standard interchange info here:

http://www.oem-cycle.com/KAWASAKIKX250BIKEID.shtml

Your VIN is a 94.
Your engine ID could be from 94-98 but judging by the low series number my bet is that it is a 94.
There are some other things that you can ID and narrow your search.
Most of it is on the link above.
If it is a 94 (I'm betting that it is) then compare your bike with the following ID's
Carb: KEIHIN PWK V886
CDI: 21119-1393 (Could be a little different)
Cylinder: 1722
If any of your ID's are different, compare to my list.
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.
