Lower fork leg studs for conventional forks - where to buy?
« on: August 08, 2014, 01:22:32 AM »
I looked on the fiche for the fork/axle studs but could not find.   Anyone know where I can buy new, quality replacements?

that's cause Kawie wants you to spend the $325-$350 a piece, and buy new lower fork tubes!
you should be able to find a local bolt/hardware shop near you...and they can make what you need.
Excuse me, ma'am...but you've got extremely nice legs!!!...what time do they open???                                                                                                               https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8tCgN3aryQ

If anyone needs these for a resto, here you go:

KX, KDX, KLX Front
Axle Mount Studs

The 6mm studs that
thread into the fork legs to
secure the front axle are
not listed separately on
the microfiche but are
available. The studs fit the
KX 125/250/500 models
as far back as 1982, the
KDX 200/220R models,
and the KLX250/300R
models. The Kawasaki
part number for these 6 x
20mm studs is
