That's great customer service.
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

That's great customer service.

In my e-mail I sent back the other night, I commented on how surprised I was that he sent me 4 samples in the 1st sentence....then on my closing sentence, I thanked him for his "outstanding customer service"...
I'm very happy with small amount of business I've done with them so far. :-)

Ok, got a response today...it read...

"Here's a quick pic of the 500...we think there's a fade on the gold from dark to light as we've shown in the pic. Can you confirm this?...then we can get them printed up and out the door to you.
Regards, Frank"

So I thought this was interesting, as I've never noticed a fade on my OEM decal, or on the N-Style graphics that're currently on my bike....and I was right, there isn't.
But the pics he sent me do....and I like it...so I told him to go ahead and print em up with the fade, and send me a Pay-Pal invoice when he's ready to ship em out....

so after paying for the graphics, I sent Frank another e-mail, thanking him again...but also asked if there was any chance we'd be seeing anything available for the '2000 KX250....his response was....

"We do have the Y2K graphics...just not on-line! In fact we have a huge number of files that we need to include in our web inventory, but just haven't had the time.
However, we're having a new designer start with us on Monday, and his first job is to start populating the site with all the new product.
Anyway, here's a pic of the 125-250. We used the same fade as the 500, although we may change that."

I do like the fade better.

So, expect to see a whole lot more options of graphics over the next couple weeks!!

Graphics showed up today...not bad, 1 week shipping.

These are pretty legit, quite thick and they have a very "clean" look...

then I was thinking about go'in black...so I got a black rear fender, shrouds, fork sliders, and still waiting on the front number plate, green side plates that will have black backgrounds...not sure if I'll like it, but it's "time for change".

and the side plates....

it's amazing how smooth and stress-free graphics go on when you're 8 beers deep and feeling alright....if only my work place would let me sauce-up on the job, I'd get way more done!

I forgot when you buy new fork sliders, they don't come with new guides!
Luckily I still had an old set of guides, and a can of black vinyl dye...
