Very nice! Make sure you check the ring end gap. Those 125cc are picky

the manual I have for an 88 gives a useable range of .15mm-.35mm ring end gap.
you could call your local Kawie dealer to double check on the 85, but it should be compatible...but don't hold me to that.

cylinder was measured and came back within specs this bike has never been rebuilt first piston still in bike which is a bit hard to believe but the previous owner has had the bike from new, I just deglazed the cylinder like u guys told me to local Kawasaki shop said the cylinder is better than most 2,3 year old cylinders

yeah sorry about that, got confused bouncing back and forth from your other thread....the 84 and 85 125's share the same part#'s for the radiator...but again, that doesn't mean another year/years wont fit.

there's a few used ones in here....
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p3984.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.X1985+kawasaki+kx125+radiator&_nkw=1985+kawasaki+kx125+radiator&_sacat=0
you could always go to a local radiator shop and either have yours repaired...or, if you feel like dishin out the cash, you could have them make a complete new one by using your existing one as a model for them to go off....and they could even make it a touch larger if you give them fairly accurate measurements....just a thought.
