The best thing about the winter weather in Oregon is not having to live in California
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

Don't misunderstand... I like to visit California once in a while, but live there? I lived there 10 years and I had more then my fill  :-(

I used to actually play in the snow all the time on snowmobiles,,,but as I get older I don't get out there as much. I have to say Idaho is best enjoyed in the back country, too many people grate on my nerves.

Daughter moving to 29Palms. I may have to visit before it gets hot. I like the looks of those deserts down there. If I get down there I'll throw in some Laughing Dog.

I miss my CBR1000! It's sitting under a cover in the cold snow garbage. Luckily I have other toys to play in the snow with but I wish it was 50+ degrees year around.
It's hard to keep a drivers license riding a 2 stroke dirt bike on the street.  If you drive within the law they are VERY boring.

Minus 30 degrees Celsius (-22 f ) this last week, worked all week outside/inside a new building under construction that open to weather. We had the coldest day in 17 years last thursday.
Biking is a pipe dream for me at the moment. Wishing I lived in the southern U.S sometimes :)
