well that rules out the easy one.  (over oiled air filter, dripping into the air box, then leaking out the wheep hole)

Is the bike running alright?

Is the oil INSIDE the air box?   or outside?     not sure on those bikes, but many have exhaust couplers right next to the air box.  could be leaking from  there.

if its not running alright.

cracked / loose reeds...

is the oil you're referring to blacker than black?...if so, then Motorrads' probably right about the silencer to pipe connection....I've had 125s that did exactly the same thing, at that connection, and yes, drip onto the swing-arm.
If your top end is good, sounds like you could go a touch leaner on your jets.

what ratio are you running your pre-mix?....what kind of oil?...what is your current jetting?
Excuse me, ma'am...but you've got extremely nice legs!!!...what time do they open???                                                                                                               https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8tCgN3aryQ

My Sons 98 KX100 does the same thing at higher altitudes (4000 ft+).
When he gets to sea level it stops.
For us it's a jetting issue.
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

at sea-level is more oxygene in the air then in higher altitudes, that effects that the sea-level-jetting will be too rich in higher altitudes ..  you could jet a carburetor-bike only for one condition correctly... thats the point...

airfilter oil is red green or blue.. dont think, that it is gearbox-oil  ...dirty black oil comes from exhaust ..
32:1 is a rich mix ...  all my bikes run very well on 40:1  ... check/replace your exhaust-connection-seal and try the 40:1 mix . i think that eliminates your problem.

post a pic, that we could better see your problem..
