Well here in colorado I have to make an appointment with the Colorado state patrol. And have them inspect the bike to make sure I have DOT tires and all that jazz, so if you don't want them to see your face, then just call Florida state patrol, and see if they inspect dirt bikes for possible plating. if they will, then just bring the bike to them have them fill out the correct paperwork. Hope that helps better. Also if they do inspect it have the DMV use the date on the paper from the state patrol, not the bill of sale (penalty fees) that's the way I can get a title. (Well here there penalty fees)
