Hi Guys I would like to know if anyone can verify that the 1989 KX250 kick start lever assy will fit on the 1990 KX500 splined shaft, my problem is that my legs are very long & with my knee braces on, I struggle to operate the kick starter, my knee won't bend far enough, I have adjusted my braces, what I need is a shorter lever. Can anybody assist with the info please?

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

definetly no... only the upper part ... the lower part is diferent between 250 and 500, because on the k5 engine is a bigger kickstartshaft as on the 250...

see the diference in the pic... left is 250... right hand is 500..
