KX500 output shaft nut thread
« on: May 13, 2013, 01:33:18 AM »
Does anyone know the thread of the nut for the output shaft of my kx500 1985 engine? (for securing the sprocket)
1984/1985/1986/1987 should all be the same.

It is unavailable from kawasaki new so i am looking for a genuine replacement nut, but dont know the thread.

Thanks

I don't but don't give up hope.
A bunch of guys are gone riding and will be back later in the week...
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

I figured out the thread is M24x1.0

And a steering stem nut of a honda CR85 2003-2007 is M24x1.0

I will order one and post here if it fits.
