stock seat height on a 2000 kx125 is 37.2 inch lowering links and moving the forks up in the triple clamps you could probably get it down to 35inch (maybe)

A quick search brought me to the fact I can only lower the rear 2 in. Which I fit on my Dad's bike half way decent so that might work, considering the KX 100 is 34in tall.
