Yeah he was getting it down second half of the day! Still a little timid in the corners but he will get it.

Yea the crusty old desert  racers I grew up around would smack him up side the head for putting a foot down.   I can still hear it ringing in my head now since I got smacked many times...... "the only thing putting your for down gets you is a broke foot"

That's to funny cause he broke his ankle  and messed up some ligaments yesterday playing B-ball. Same one I ran over when he decided to lay down in front of me at Corral Canyon

i never pulled the plug becuse it's a motherf***er to reach, do you take of the gas tank or exhaust to reach it? the exhaust is of on mine becuse im getting the rear shock rebuildt so i think i migth reach it, but if there is a way to take of the gas tank without to uch stress then i wanna hear it! the tank on my old 05 kx250f was no trouble as it only had one bolt

as much as you don't want to hear it...you really do want to be able to "read" the plug, to verify how it's running....do whatever you can, whatever it takes, to get at it.

I used one of those cheap plug wrenches that go over the top of plug

i really don't need to read the plug as the previous owner had it to rich, i will however need to clean the plug so that i can read it in the future and if that means taking of the gas tank then so be it, as always thanks for the help guys

if you plan on getting it jetted correctly, without the possibility of running it too lean and frying it...you absolutely need to be able to read it.
