1999 KX500 - right rear axle nut a 30mm?

Well, the axle is only 20mm so the threaded area will not be bigger then that.
Are you asking about the hexagon of the nut that your wrench or socket will fit on?
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

You by any chance find a combo 22mm / 30 mm ?

 There were several tire/iron/spoon type axle wrenches I found however I couldn't find any combination type wrench.
