It depends on whether you care if they're brand new or used...you won't find new blue here in the states.I suppose you could try to fit a new blue YZ fender,might work,you won't know unless you try.

Keep checking e-bay daily...I just did a quick "blue kawasaki kx plastic" search and came up with 4 used sets here in the U.S....not for your years though.

Easy, we work in the Graphics industry.... the TM MX models from '00-'03.... Actually used KX rear guards! Made by UFO in the Kawasaki moulds, so there you go.... can buy them brand new, But I think only through TM.
