You could get the tank from IMS or Zip-Ty, but you need the low boy pipe which nobody makes.  I have the tank and pipe for sale:)  Let me know if you are interested.

Do you still have the zip-ty tank for sale? I bought one on e-bay, got it home to Canada and realized that it leaked from the mounting bracket. Buyer beware!!!
Thanks

If you bought it on eBay, simply turn it in as an Item not as described.
They will take the money from the sellers PayPal account and open a investigation.
Even if the seller does not warranty the part eBay will still give you your money back if the seller had it listed as a "used item".
They will even make the seller pay for return shipping.
If they had it listed "for parts only, not working" then you may not get your money back.
It's worth a try.

and for future refferance.. the early zip-ty tanks (4.2 gal)  had issues with cracking in that area..   the later (like mine and alex's) fixed this problem... at the saccrafice of a bit of fuel (3.9 gal ish, depending on which day it was made)

and you can still have the tanks made.. BRAND NEW...

Sorry! :-D

I am anxiously waiting on the post office. I have already installed a compression release in my spare head and have gaskets in hand to do the swap due to the fact that my first compression release I copied from the original design that you guys came up with, and that will interfere with the zip ty set up.
I am going to throw on a 40 Lectron while I am at it.
we are finally getting some rain so am anxious to be riding again.
