89 KX 250 Clutch problem?
« on: October 13, 2012, 05:26:43 PM »
As of recently whenever I pop into gear the bike will TOP at like, 5 mph... No matter what gear I'm in.. Feels like its in neutral but I know its not, and no matter how much gas I give it doesn't give anymore speed. Bike rolls just fine in neutral. Ideas? This just started happening.

Start with your manual and disassembling the clutch.
Often problems become apparent very quickly.
If after taking the clutch all apart and following your manual you still have problems, let us know.
Pics are always welcome.
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.
