I have a 1994 KX 500, that I love, however it fouls spark plugs on a regular basis. I have leaned the jetting way out. I live in El Paso TX where the altitude is about 3000ft to 4000ft above sea level. I am currently running a 162 main, 55 pilot, and a NM82 needle on the second clip position. I run at 40:1 premix ratio. I have a V-Force Reed Cage, and a FMF Gnarly Pipe. Can someone out there help me? I have a fresh top end, could it possibly be ignition timing? Thanx!
