That tornado was so scary. It actually killed a couple of amateur storm chasers, if memory serves. Even the local "expert" storm chasers, who are meteorologists, were having trouble tracking the storm. Two of the NBC crew had their windshield (or back glass) knocked out and had to drive away from the storm at a high rate of speed. The guy with the dominator tornado vehicle even kept his distance. After the tornado subsided, the flooding damage was nearly as bad as the tornado damage. It was a pretty bleak month for us, for sure. The scary thing is that last year was really quiet and dry. I hope these things don't come in cycles.
